We brought together influences from the vast array of cultures that make up Los Angeles and put them in a bowl. Our central flavors were inspired by our sister restaurant, Guzzu Bento-ya

We strive to use the best ingredients possible, working with local farms when available. Much of our ingredients come from Los Angeles or surrounding counties.
